Hi everyone! My name is Alyssa Reese and I am from Englewood, Florida. I am a freshman currently taking courses to become a teacher for young children with special needs - including physical and mental disabilities. I have always aspired to be a great leader and teacher, and by teaching kids with special needs I hope to encourage others to pursue their dreams as well as inspire my future students to never give up, because with determination and hardwork anything can be achieved. Previously in primary school, I was surrounded by educational technologies, in and out of the classroom. My teachers would always ensure that students were engaged in their coursework by implementing technology into class assignments and study techniques. Often my classmates and I would participate in electronic quizzes and games which allowed us to compete against each other while learning and reviewing class material.
